By means of a webcam, an image of the cassette is saved after each movement. The most recent image is displayed in all relevant areas of the cassette. So you always have the current load in view.
Booking and picking, e.g. from a forklift truck, is possible without any problems using radio terminals.
A large screen simplifies material in and out by visualizing the essential information on a large screen.
The graphic residual length management supports the user in selecting the optimum residual length for the sawing job. Information such as unfavourable residual length (the sawing job produces non-tradable residual pieces) is directly visualised in colour on the screen. The system can also automatically determine the cutting gap and the scrap length. The note about existing head cuts also provides further information.
